Ingrédients pour 8 à 10 personnes :
1 Chaource
1 pot de crème fraiche
Estragon
Paprika
Herbe à curry
Pour varier, vous pouvez remplacer le paprika par du piment d'Espelette
1) Enlever la croute du Chaource. 2) Écraser le chaource puis incorporer la crème. Pour plus de facilité vous pouvez utiliser un batteur électrique. 3) Émincer l'estragon puis l'herbe à curry. 4) Diviser la préparation crème-chaource dans 3 récipients et y incorporer chaque aromate. 5) Servir avec des toasts, des bâtonnets de légumes ou des grésins à plonger dedans et une coupe de champagne!
