A UNIQUE TERROIR
In Bordeaux we work with different types of soils, which make unique wines.
In Vayres since 1986 we work tertiary Gravels from the central massif and transported to the Dordogne.
With this experience we decided in 1998 to settle in Pessac on quaternary Gravels from the Pyrenees and transported by the Garonne.
From reasoned culture, we moved in 2007 towards organic farming. After 4 years of conversion, we obtained the AB label in 2011. Then we moved towards biodynamic farming since 2014.
Today, everything is done to preserve the terroirs for our future generations and to satisfy our customers by the quality of our products.
UNIQUE STYLE FOR EXCEPTIONAL WINES
From our vines where terroir is synonym of nature, our grapes with incomparable perfumes allow us to develop wines that have no rivals.
Under the expertise of David Pernet (geologist, oenologist, engineer) the wine is the reflection of a basement, a soil, climatic conditions and a specific viticultural knowledge. On our properties, everything is done in respect to all of them.
In our cellars, Christophe Rambeau assisted by Yurgos Papamargoratis influences our teams with rigor and professionalism to respect the smallest details that are numerous in biodynamics.
Everything is done, in every stage of the development to satisfy the requirements of the vintage and to bring you with serenity the best possible wines.
