Winemaking

Winemaking in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation based on selected yeasts.

Breeding with micro-oxygenation. Then casking in new oak barrels for 14 months. Finally, selection of the best lots and then assembling and bottling.

 

Tasting

The subtle and rich nose reveals smoky and vanilla notes.

On the palate is full and silky highlights the character of ripe grapes, red fruit flavours, fine woody hints and a long finish to perfection.

Red meats, stews, duck, game, cheeses.
