Tasting
The colour is intense and deep, almost black.
The nose reveals powerful flavours of ripe and woody fruits.
On the palate is full and structured develops aromas of black fruit, toast and coffee around woody fine and complex notes.
The final particularly persistent calls for recidivism.

Winemaking
Winemaking in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation based on selected yeasts.
Breeding with micro-oxygenation. Then casking in new oak barrels for 14 months. Finally, selection of the best lots and then assembling and bottling.
